Reliability
StartLogic is one of the few companies that offer reliable web hosting that withstands its 99% uptime standards (although its uptime guarantee is below the industry standard of 99.9%). Start Logic is a relatively new company, so we have not received much feedback regarding keeping their high standards of uptime.
Control Panel
StartLogic currently uses its own proprietary control panel (VDeck), which is almost identical to iPowerWeb's. Many of the options in the control panel are exclusive to iPowerWeb and StartLogic. Functionality includes the ability to create websites and shopping carts, install scripts, and send and receive e-mail, all from the easy-to-use control panel. There are also some tutorials posted, most of which focus on using the VDeck control panel.
Customer Support
StartLogic's live chat support is excellent and can handle all the technical questions we asked. Their staff is well-trained and understand their product very well. The same live chat team also handles the toll-free support. You can also choose to submit a support ticket. The support ticket will also be taken care of very quickly by support staff.
